Day 1

Welcome to Vienna! On arrival the Tour Manager / Station Manager will meet you outside the airport. Proceed for dinner and then to the hotel and check–in. Overnight stay at hotel 

 

Day 2

After breakfast checkout from the hotel and proceed for 3 hours guided tour of Vienna, Free time for shopping later proceed to Budapest. Arrive at Budapest and check in to the hotel. Overnight stay at Budapest

Day 3

| Budapest

Today proceed for a Guided tour of Budapest: See the equestrian statue of St. Stephen and experience the domination of the seven turrets at Fisherman’s Bastion, visit the Heroes Square and see more interesting sights. Next, we enjoy some free time for shopping. Later this evening, you have a chance to experience the Danube River cruise. Overnight stay at Budapest           ( Breakfast & Dinner ) 

Day 4

| Prague

After breakfast, checkout from the hotel.Today we drive to Prague En-route we visit Bratislava – the capital city of Slovakia where we enjoy the Orientation city tour of the city: See the Bratislava castle and old town. On arrival checkin at hotel overnight stay ( Breakfast & Dinner) 

Day 5

| Prague

Today proceed for a Guided city tour of Prague: visit a panoramic point on the Prague castle gallery. Later, we visit a microbrewery and learn the art of making beer. Overnight stay at Prague

Day 6

| Vienna

Today, we proceed to Vienna. On arrival, we enjoy a Guided city tour of Vienna:  Pass the magnificent Opera House, Rathaus, St. Stephen’s Church and many more interesting monuments of this beautiful city. Overnight stay at Vienna ( Breakfast & Dinner )

Day 7

| Vienna

After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Vienna airport to board the flight back to India

  • Any increase in the airfare charged by the airline on your air ticket (presently calculated as on 30th September 2024)
  • Government Taxes as applicable are extra.
  • The tour cost does not include POE charges and passport charges.
  • No porterage included.
  • Any expenses of a personal nature such as porterage, laundry expenses, wines, mineral water, food and drink not in the regular menu provided by us, minibar, telephone calls, etc.
  • Meals other than that are mentioned in your itinerary.
  • Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides availed of by the passengers, other than that mentioned in your itinerary.

Booking Amount: INR 40,000/- 60 Days 

Prior: INR 1, 00,000/- 30 Days

Terms & Conditions

  • Booking amount or initial deposit is minimum Rs. 40,000 per person if booking is done 60 days before travel.
  • For travel within 60 days of travel minimum deposit of Rs. 1,00,000 per person needs to be paid at time of booking.
  • Full 100% balance payment is required to be done 30 days prior to travel.
  • Full payment must be made in accordance with the policy stated above.
  • In case of non-compliance thereto by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour booking of the client and forfeit the amount already deposited with the Company.
  • In case of any visa rejection, the cancellation charges will be Rs. 40,000 per person plus any Visa Fees Paid ( 45 DAYS PRIOR )
  • Passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of departure.
  • Within 30 days the tour is completely non-refundable.
  • International Check in time is 1500 hours / Check out time is 1100 hours, early check in and check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • For guaranteed check-in; charges equivalent to 1 night stay will be applicable.
  • Tours will operate subject to all Government regulations
  • It is suggested to carry one check in bag and one hand bag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach
  • In case of any increase in any taxes in Europe, there would be a change in price which will be justified
  • No refunds for unutilized services.
  • Minimum passengers required to operate the tour is 30. In case the group strength falls below 30, the group may be merged with a similar tour. However you will not miss any sightseeing as mentioned in the itinerary.
  • On some occasions, you may have to join another group in case your group does not have adequate members.
  • If certain sightseeing/excursions are closed, then alternate sight-seeing will be arranged.
  • In case of inordinate delays and strict driving laws, packed dinner may be provided on that day.
  • In case the passenger is joining directly, the arrival transfers have to be arranged by them or booked separately.
  • In case the passenger is departing by their own flight arrangements of transfers have to be done by them directly or paid on tour to the tour manager based on the cost advised by them.
