- Any up gradation in Airline class or hotel room category Cost of Air ticket deviation charges.
- Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may
- come in to effect prior to departure.
- Cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation.
- Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeuere circumstances during the tour.
- Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.
- Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.
- Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary.
- In case a passenger is opting for direct joining, the cost for airport transfers shall be borne directly by the passenger and will join the group at the hotel.

Terms & Conditions
The package cost has been calculated using an ROE of 108. At the time of final payment, the applicable ROE will be the prevailing XE exchange rate +1.
Optional cost:
- Disneyland Ticket and transfer : Euro 95 per person

Direct joining reduction:
- Air fare:60,000 per person
- Visa:13,000 Per person
- Booking amount or initial deposit is minimum Rs. 60,000 per person if booking is done 60 days before travel.
- For travel within 60 days of travel minimum deposit of Rs. 1,00,000 per person needs to be paid at time of booking.
- Full 100% balance payment is required to be done 30 days prior to travel.
- Full payment must be made in accordance with the policy stated above.
- In case of non-compliance thereto by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour booking of the client and forfeit the amount already deposited with the Company.
- In case of any visa rejection, the cancellation charges will be Rs. 60,000 per person plus any Visa Fees Paid ( 45 DAYS PRIOR )
- Passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of departure.
- Within 30 days the tour is completely non-refundable.
- International Check in time is 1500 hours / Check out time is 1100 hours, early check in and check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- For guaranteed check-in; charges equivalent to 1 night stay will be applicable.
- Tours will operate subject to all Government regulations
- It is suggested to carry one check in bag and one hand bag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach
- In case of any increase in any taxes in Europe, there would be a change in price which will be justified
- No refunds for unutilized services.
- Minimum passengers required to operate the tour is 30. In case the group strength falls below 30, the group may be merged with a similar tour. However you will not miss any sightseeing as mentioned in the itinerary.
- On some occasions, you may have to join another group in case your group does not have adequate members.
- If certain sightseeing/excursions are closed, then alternate sight-seeing will be arranged.
- In case of inordinate delays and strict driving laws, packed dinner may be provided on that day.
- In case the passenger is joining directly, the arrival transfers have to be arranged by them or booked separately.
- In case the passenger is departing by their own flight (from Zurich) arrangements of transfers have to be done by them directly or paid on tour to the tour manager based on the cost advised by them.
