Day 1

| Lisbon

Upon arrival in Lisbon, complete your immigration formalities and meet your representative at the airport. You’ll be transferred comfortably to your hotel. 
Spend the rest of the day at leisure to relax or explore the surrounding area at your own pace. In the afternoon

Day 2

| Lisbon

After breakfast, enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of Lisbon — a city of seven hills, cobblestone lanes, and  soulful “saudade.” 
Highlights include: 

  • The historic Belem district, from where great Portuguese explorers once set sail. 
  • Iconic monuments such as the Jerónimos Monastery, Tower of Belém, and Monument to the  Discoveries (photo stops). 
  • The charming Alfama district, famous for its narrow alleys and traditional Fado music. 
  • In the afternoon, enjoy free time to explore Bairro Alto, a lively area full of viewpoints, boutique shops, and cafes. 

(Optional excursion to Sintra, Cascais & Estoril available – a scenic journey through royal  palaces and coastal beauty.)In the evening, return transfer from Restauradores Square, known for its restaurants and nightlife.

Day 3

| Madrid

After breakfast, depart early from Portugal and drive through the scenic Alentejo region, dotted with olive groves and vineyards. 
Stop for a coffee break in Estremoz, a charming medieval town known for its white marble, castle, and peaceful atmosphere. 
Cross the border into Spain and arrive in Cáceres, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Stroll through its old town, famous for its medieval towers, Renaissance palaces, and stone streets. 
After lunch (on your own), continue to Madrid, arriving by evening. 
Upon arrival, enjoy a short transfer to Plaza Mayor, the city’s vibrant square filled with restaurants, cafes,  and street performers. 
Overnight stay in Madrid. 

Day 4

| Madrid

After breakfast, embark on a comprehensive guided tour of Madrid. 
Highlights include: 

  • The Paseo del Prado, Cibeles Fountain, and Puerta de Alcalá, 
  • The Plaza de Colón and Plaza Mayor, 
  • A stroll through Retiro Park, the green heart of the city, where you’ll see the iconic Crystal Palace and a serene lake. 

Visit the legendary Santiago Bernabéu Stadium (entrance included), home of Real Madrid – one of the world’s greatest football clubs. 
Enjoy the afternoon at leisure for shopping along the Gran Vía or exploring the city’s world-class museums. Evening transfer back to your hotel.

Day 5

| Barcelona

After breakfast, journey toward Aragon, passing through the heart of Spain’s scenic countryside. Stop in Zaragoza to visit the Cathedral-Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar, a magnificent example of  Baroque architecture and an important pilgrimage site. 
Continue to Poblet Abbey (entrance included) — one of Europe’s best-preserved medieval monasteries,  surrounded by vineyards and tranquil hills. 
Later, proceed to Barcelona, arriving by evening & overnight stay in Barcelona.   

 

Day 6

| Barcelona

After breakfast, embark on a panoramic guided tour of the “City of Counts,” Barcelona — a city that blends art, culture, and seaside charm. 
Highlights include: 

  • Las Ramblas, the lively boulevard at the city’s heart. 
  • Sagrada Familia (photo stop), the unfinished masterpiece of Antoni Gaudí. 
  • Montjuïc Hill, with panoramic views and Olympic landmarks. 
  • Plaza de Catalunya and the Gothic Quarter, with its medieval streets and cathedrals. 

Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure — explore the beaches, indulge in tapas, or visit Park Güell (optional). Overnight stay in Barcelona. 

Day 7

After breakfast, check out of your hotel. 
Your Portugal & Spain journey concludes today, filled with wonderful memories. Transfer to the airport for your return flight to India.
