Day 1

| New York City

Welcome to New York, one of the most loved by tourists and the greatest city in the world! From the skyscrapers to Central Park, New York City is an explorer’s city. Upon arrival at New York Airport, proceed to the baggage claim area. After collecting your luggage, please call the driver using the contact number provided on your voucher. The driver will guide you to the designated meeting point for your complimentary airport transfer.
Transfer to your hotel and complete the check-in process. Take some time to relax and freshen up after your journey.
At 7:00 PM, meet your tour manager in the hotel lobby. From there, enjoy a short walk to a nearby Indian restaurant for your welcome dinner.
After dinner, experience the vibrant energy of Times Square at your leisure before returning to the hotel.

 

Day 2

| New York City

Begin your day with an Indian breakfast at the restaurant.
Proceed for a guided New York City tour featuring drive-by and photo stops at iconic landmarks, including the 9/11 Memorial, United Nations Headquarters, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, The Vessel at Hudson Yards, and the Brooklyn Bridge. Visit SUMMIT One Vanderbilt, an immersive observation experience offering spectacular panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline along with unique interactive art installations.
In the evening, enjoy a memorable Hudson River Dinner Cruise featuring Indian cuisine and lively Bollywood music. Sail past illuminated landmarks including the Statue of Liberty, the Brooklyn Bridge, and the stunning Manhattan skyline.


Note: In case of adverse weather conditions or operational issues, the dinner cruise will be replaced with a visit to the Statue of Liberty.

Day 3

| Washington DC

Breakfast in New York City, then depart and stop for outlet shopping at The Mills at Jersey Gardens. Lunch on your own. En route to Washington, D.C., we stop at Philadelphia for a guided tour where we drive past Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, Benjamin Franklin Parkway, and Elfreth's Alley. Photo stop at the Rocky Steps. Continue to Washington, D.C., have an Indian dinner, check into the hotel, and stay overnight.

Day 4

| Harrisburg

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
Begin your day with a visit to The People’s House: A White House Experience, featuring interactive exhibits that bring the history and stories of the White House to life.
Continue with a guided tour of Washington, D.C., starting with the World War II Memorial and the Lincoln Memorial. Proceed for exterior views, and photo stops at the White House and the U.S. Capitol Building.
Afternoon: Visit the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History, home to an impressive collection of gemstones, fossils, and dinosaur exhibits.
Later, depart for a scenic drive to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant en route or upon arrival, followed by hotel check-in and overnight stay.

 

Day 5

| Niagara Falls

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Begin the day with a visit to the Pennsylvania State Capitol, known for its grand dome, beautiful artwork, and historic legislative chambers.
Proceed to Hershey’s Chocolate World for a fun and interactive chocolate experience, along with time for shopping.
Continue to the Corning Museum of Glass, featuring stunning glass art collections and live glassblowing demonstrations.
Later, proceed towards Niagara Falls. Upon arrival, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant and then witness the spectacular Niagara Falls Illumination, where the falls are beautifully lit in vibrant colors. After the experience, transfer to the hotel for check-in and overnight stay.

Day 6

| Niagara Falls

Begin your day with the iconic Maid of the Mist boat ride, taking you close to the majestic Bridal Veil Falls—be prepared for an exhilarating and misty experience.
Continue to Cave of the Winds, where you will descend into the Niagara Gorge and walk along the famous Hurricane Deck for a thrilling close-up view of the falls.
Lunch will be on your own. Enjoy free time to explore the area at your leisure. You may shop for souvenirs, take a relaxing walk around the falls, or try your luck at the nearby Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino. Proceed for dinner at an Indian restaurant. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

 

Day 7

After breakfast, check out of the hotel. (Packed breakfast is not available for passengers with early morning flights.)
Our representative will provide a private transfer to the airport based on your individual flight schedule. Please note that the standard hotel check-out time is 11:00 AM. Depart from BUF (Niagara Falls) to MCO (Orlando) on a domestic flight (on own). Upon arrival, meet our representative at the baggage claim area and proceed for a transfer to your hotel. Arrive in one of the world’s most popular destinations, renowned for its iconic theme parks, family-friendly entertainment, and lively attractions.

 

Day 8

| Orlando

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Please check with the front desk for the round-trip shuttle schedule to Magic Kingdom. Spend a magical full day at Magic Kingdom, experiencing classic rides, themed lands, lively parades, spectacular fireworks, and opportunities to meet your favorite Disney characters.
Important Reminder:
Carry a valid photo ID and your printed ticket confirmation (smartphone access recommended).
If you plan to stay late for the fireworks, please arrange your own return transfer to the hotel.

 

Day 9

Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at the hotel and complete your check-out formalities. Your driver will pick you up at 10:00 AM for a transfer to the Port Canaveral cruise terminal.
Note: As per the itinerary, only the drop-off at Port Canaveral is included. We recommend booking a Royal Caribbean cruise (departures available every Friday). Kindly inform us in advance if there are any changes or deviations from your cruise schedule.

Day 13

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Please check with the front desk for the round-trip shuttle schedule to EPCOT. Spend a full day at Disney’s EPCOT, where innovation meets global culture. Explore Future World’s cutting-edge attractions and experience the World Showcase featuring pavilions from around the globe, along with entertainment, dining, and immersive experiences.

 

Day 14

| Las Vegas

After breakfast, our representative will pick you up from the hotel and transfer you to MCO Orlando Airport for your onward flight (on your own). 

Note: Packed breakfast is not available for passengers with early morning departures.
Your departure flight will be from MCO (private airport transfer included).
Upon arrival, proceed to the baggage claim area and contact the driver using the number provided on your voucher. The driver will guide you to the designated meeting point for your private airport transfer. Meet your Tour Escort at 6:00 PM. Enjoy dinner at a local Indian restaurant.
Optional visit to The Sphere, a state-of-the-art entertainment venue offering breathtaking visuals, advanced sound technology, and an immersive multi-sensory experience.

Day 15

| Las Vegas

Enjoy a packed breakfast before departing for an optional excursion to the Grand Canyon West Rim. Enhance your experience with exciting add-ons such as the Skywalk, helicopter ride, or boat tour, offering breathtaking perspectives of one of the world’s most spectacular natural wonders.
(Guests not opting for the excursion can enjoy free time to explore Las Vegas at their leisure.)
In the evening, enjoy dinner at a local Indian restaurant.

Day 18

Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel and depart Fresno for the scenic coastal region of Monterey Bay. Stop at Cannery Row for a short break and enjoy beautiful ocean views along the coastline.
Proceed for the world-famous 17-Mile Drive, one of California’s most spectacular coastal routes (approx. 2 hours including photo stops).
Highlights along the way include Pebble Beach, Spanish Bay, Bird Rock, Ghost Tree, and the iconic Lone Cypress. After the drive, continue your journey towards San Francisco. Upon arrival, enjoy dinner at a local Indian restaurant and then transfer to your hotel for check-in and overnight stay.

Begin your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel before setting out for a full day of sightseeing in San Francisco. Enjoy a Bay Cruise along the waterfront, offering panoramic views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz Island, and the stunning city skyline.
Experience The Flyer San Francisco, an exciting 3D flying theater ride that gives you the sensation of soaring over the city’s most iconic landmarks.
Proceed for a guided city tour, including a visit to Twin Peaks for breathtaking panoramic views, along with drives through historic neighborhoods and past many of San Francisco’s famous attractions. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Please make sure to collect the Contact information of the tour manager details. Please reconfirm the hotel list before your travel date.
  • A valid contact number for the passenger is a must at the time of reservation to ensure smooth transfers. Passengers need to wear masks upon entering the vehicle for their pickup.
  • For the comfort of all passengers, we request passengers travel light (recommended luggage: One carry-on and One International size suitcase.
  • All the hotels/restaurants/attractions confirmed for this tour comply with COVID guidelines as mandated by CDC. Passengers will have to follow the rules when on the premises of their respective hotels.
  • Check-in time at the hotel on the East Coast is 3 pm while check-out is 11 am. In Orlando check in at 3 pm, and check out at 11 am, and on the West Coast, 4 pm and 11 am check out. If the guests want to extend their stay, they can contact the front desk and request them.
  • Porterage/Baggage Handling is not a part of the tour. If the guests require this service, they can contact the bell desk at the respective hotel and pay on their own.
  • Our Tour manager will meet the group in the hotel lobby at 7 pm on the East Coast and 6 pm on the West Coast at the Hotel elevator.
  • We have a couple of locations where restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel. Passengers, not keen on walking, can take an Uber or a cab to their destination on their own.
  • Wheelchair passengers, if planning on joining our tour will need to have someone travel with them to assist the passengers. The tour manager will be unable to provide aid. Also, please note that our coaches are not equipped for handicapped travelers.
  • Seating Arrangements in the bus will be first come first serve. The coach size will vary based on the number of passengers. This can be a 15-seater/25-seater/30-seater/55-seater. For van tours below 15 passengers, we will have a Driver as the Tour leader.
  • All documents for Orlando (Park tickets/Cruise if booked by us will be handed over by the tour manager on the East Coast. Please inform the passengers that there will be no tour manager for the Orlando portion.
  • Akbar Holidays is not responsible for lost Valuables/Travel documents. We request the passengers take care of their personal belongings.
  • Hotel in NY/ORLANDO/VEGAS will ask for CC with your name on the card at the time of check-in towards incidentals. The hotel usually puts a hold on the CC and this hold will be released if no expenses are incurred. It usually takes anywhere from 1-2 business weeks for the charge to disappear on the Credit statement. Make sure to get a Zero statement balance from the hotel. If paying cash to the front desk, please make sure to collect the same before checking out.
  • In Vegas, Check-in is required to be done by passengers themselves. Please expect a long wait during a check at the hotel front desk.
  • There is no water or kettle provided in the Vegas hotel.
  • We charge a late fee for bookings that come in within 10 days of travel. This will be $50 per person on DBL Occupancy & USD 100 on Single Occupancy. A $35 wire transfer fee applies for all bank transactions.
  • The passengers are liable to pay for any damages caused while on tour either at the hotel they are staying in: on coach or at restaurants and attractions. We will collect the valued amount before the end of the tour.
  • We strongly encourage all passengers to buy optional tours through us. We are not responsible for any bookings made on your own. Also, if the passengers are deviating from the itinerary, this must be mentioned clearly in the email and acknowledged.
  • We recommend that the passengers have NO political and religious discussions during the travel. This is a vacation package that is open to everyone irrespective of their difference.
  • Because of the current scenario, all breakfast and dinner will be Ala Carte and brought to the table. We request the passenger follow the guidelines of the restaurant.
  • The Weather can vary considerably depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather-appropriate clothing. Walking shoes and an umbrella are recommended.
  • The tour leader has the right to change the itinerary based on Weather and traffic conditions. Please follow protocol while on tour. In case of any breakdown, we will try our best to fix the problem. However, no monetary compensation will be provided. In case of natural Calamities and wildfires, the route and itinerary will change without prior notification.
  • Akbar Holidays does not hold any responsibility for any injuries or accidents that might happen while on tour. Passengers are requested to carry Insurance with them to safeguard themselves in case of any eventuality. Our Tour managers will do all they can to aid the passengers in their time of need.
  • Children under 2 years travel free. Child price applies for children between the ages of 3 years to 9 years. 9 years and Older are adults.
  • The standard room has a bed. For 2 or more passengers (maximum occupancy is 4 per room, we will book a room with two double beds. For parents traveling with children, we will book a room with 2 beds. Rollaway beds are not allowed in a room with 2 beds. We try our best to accommodate your room request regarding view and category. This request is subject to the hotel and cannot be guaranteed. Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidentals that they may incur at the hotel.
