Day 1

| Las Vegas

Upon arrival at Las Vegas Airport, proceed to the baggage claim area and call the driver using the contact number provided on your voucher. The driver will guide you to the designated meeting point for your complimentary airport transfer.
Transfer to your hotel, complete the check-in formalities, and take some time to relax.
At 6:00 PM, meet your tour escort in the hotel lobby.
Enjoy dinner at a local Indian restaurant.
Later, you may choose to visit The Sphere (optional), a world-class entertainment venue offering an immersive experience with stunning visuals, advanced sound technology, and multi-sensory effects.
 

Day 2

| Las Vegas

Enjoy a packed breakfast before departing for an optional excursion to the Grand Canyon West Rim. Enhance your experience with exciting add-ons such as the Skywalk, helicopter ride, or boat tour, offering breathtaking perspectives of one of the world’s most spectacular natural wonders.
(Guests not opting for the excursion can enjoy free time to explore Las Vegas at their leisure.)
In the evening, enjoy dinner at a local Indian restaurant.
Later, proceed for a Las Vegas Strip Night Tour, where you will witness the dazzling lights, themed hotels, and iconic attractions along the famous Las Vegas Boulevard.
Continue to the Fremont Street Experience, featuring a spectacular light and sound show under a massive LED canopy, along with the lively atmosphere and views of zipliners soaring overhead.
 

Day 3

| Los Angeles

Depart Las Vegas after breakfast and travel towards Los Angeles, enjoying scenic views of the desert landscapes of Nevada and California along the way.
En route, stop at Ontario Mills Mall, Southern California’s largest outlet shopping destination, offering a wide range of designer labels and popular brand-name stores. Upon arrival in Los Angeles, proceed for a guided city tour. Highlights include the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Dolby Theatre, the luxury boutiques of Rodeo Drive, and photo opportunities with the iconic Hollywood Sign. Enjoy dinner at a local Indian restaurant before transferring to your hotel for check-in and overnight stay.
 

Day 4

| Fresno

Begin the day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel.
Proceed to Universal Studios Hollywood, where thrilling theme park rides meet real working movie sets. Enjoy exciting attractions, behind-the-scenes studio experiences, live shows, and immersive entertainment that brings the magic of Hollywood to life. 
After an action-packed morning, depart Los Angeles and continue on a scenic drive to Fresno, passing through California’s beautiful countryside and agricultural landscapes. Upon arrival, enjoy dinner at a local Indian restaurant, followed by hotel check-in and overnight stay.
 

Day 5

| San Francisco

Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel and depart Fresno for the scenic coastal region of Monterey Bay. Stop at Cannery Row for a short break and enjoy beautiful ocean views along the coastline.
Proceed for the world-famous 17-Mile Drive, one of California’s most spectacular coastal routes (approx. 2 hours including photo stops).
Highlights along the way include Pebble Beach, Spanish Bay, Bird Rock, Ghost Tree, and the iconic Lone Cypress. After the drive, continue your journey towards San Francisco. Upon arrival, enjoy dinner at a local Indian restaurant and then transfer to your hotel for check-in and overnight stay.
 

Day 6

| San Francisco

Begin your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel before setting out for a full day of sightseeing in San Francisco. Enjoy a Bay Cruise along the waterfront, offering panoramic views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz Island, and the stunning city skyline.
Experience The Flyer San Francisco, an exciting 3D flying theater ride that gives you the sensation of soaring over the city’s most iconic landmarks.
Proceed for a guided city tour, including a visit to Twin Peaks for breathtaking panoramic views, along with drives through historic neighborhoods and past many of San Francisco’s famous attractions. Later, enjoy a ride on the historic Cable Car, the world’s last manually operated cable car system, for a classic San Francisco experience. Conclude the day with dinner at a local Indian restaurant before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay.
 

Day 7

Enjoy your final breakfast at the hotel before check-out. (Packed breakfast is not available for passengers with early morning flights.)

  • Please make sure to collect the Contact information of the tour manager details. Please reconfirm the hotel list prior to your travel date.
  • Valid contact number for the passenger is a must at the time of reservation to ensure smooth transfers. Passengers need to wear masks upon entering the vehicle for their pickup.
  • For the comfort of all passengers, we request passengers travel light (recommended luggage: One carry-on and One International size suitcase.
  • All the hotels/restaurants/attractions confirmed for this tour comply with COVID guidelines as mandated by CDC. Passengers will have to follow the rules when on the premises of their respective hotels.
  • Check-in time at the hotel on East Coast is 3 pm while check-out is 11 am. In Orlando check in at 3 pm, check out at 11 am, and on the West Coast 4 pm and 11 am check out. If the guests want to extend their stay, they can contact the front desk and request them.
  • Porterage/Baggage Handling is not a part of the tour. If the guests require this service, they can contact the bell desk at the respective hotel and pay on their own.
  • Our Tour manager will meet the group in the hotel lobby at 7 pm on East Coast and 6 pm on West Coast at the Hotel elevator.
  • We have a couple of locations where restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel. Passengers, not keen on walking, can take an uber or a cab to their destination on their own.
  • Wheelchair passengers, if planning on joining our tour will need to have someone travel with them to assist the passengers. The tour manager will be unable to provide aid. Also, please note that our coaches are not equipped for handicapped travelers.
  • Seating Arrangement in the bus will be first come first serve. The coach size will vary based on the number of passengers. This can be a 15-seater/25-seater/30-seater/55-seater. For van tours below 15 passengers, we will have a Driver as the Tour leader.
  • All documents for Orlando (Park tickets/Cruise if booked by us will be handed over by the tour manager on the East coast. Please inform the passengers that there will be no tour manager for the Orlando portion.
  • Akbar Holidays is not responsible for lost Valuables/Travel documents. We request the passengers take care of their personal belongings.
  • Hotel in NY/ORLANDO/VEGAS will ask for CC with your personal name on the card at the time of check-in towards incidentals. The hotel usually puts a hold on the CC and this hold will be released if no expenses are incurred. It usually takes anywhere from 1-2 business weeks for the charge to disappear on the Credit statement. Make sure to get a Zero statement balance from the hotel. If paying cash to the front desk, please make sure to collect the same before checking out.
  • In Vegas, Check-in is required to be done by passengers themselves. Please expect a long wait during a check at the hotel front desk.
  • There is no water or kettle provided in the Vegas hotel.
  • We charge a late fee for bookings that come in within 10 days of travel. This will be $50 per person on DBL Occupancy & USD 100 on Single Occupancy. A $35 wire transfer fee applies for all bank transactions.
  • The passengers are liable to pay for any damages caused while on tour either at the hotel they are staying in: coach or at restaurants and attractions. We will collect the valued amount before the end of the tour.
  • We strongly encourage all passengers to buy optional tours through us. We are not responsible for any bookings made on your own. Also, if the passengers are deviating from the itinerary, this must be mentioned clearly in the email and acknowledged.
  • We recommend that the passengers make NO political and religious discussions during the travel. This is a vacation package that is open to everyone irrespective of their difference.
  • Because of the current scenario, all breakfast and dinner will be Ala Carte and brought to the table. We request the passenger follow the guidelines of the restaurant.
  • The Weather can vary considerably depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather-appropriate clothing. Walking shoes and an umbrella are recommended.
  • Tour leader has the right to change the itinerary based on Weather and traffic conditions. Please follow protocol while on tour. In case of any breakdown, we will try our best to fix the problem. However, no monetary compensation will be provided. In case of natural Calamities and wildfires, the route and itinerary will change without prior notification.
  • Akbar Holidays does not hold any responsibility for any injuries or accidents that might happen while on tour. Passengers are requested to carry Insurance with them to safeguard themselves in case of any eventuality. Our Tour managers will do all they can to aid the passengers in their time of need.
  • Children under 2 years travel free. Child price is applicable for children between the ages of 3 years to 9 years. 9 years and Older are adults.
  • Standard room is with King bed. For 2 or more passengers (maximum occupancy is 4 per room, we will book a room with two double beds. For parents traveling with children, we will book a room with 2 beds. Rollaway beds are not allowed in a room with 2 beds. We try our best to accommodate your room request regarding view and category. This request is subject to the hotel and cannot be guaranteed. Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidentals that they may incur at the hotel.
